News of the Russian-Speaking Science and Technology Community

For RuSciTech Association the main highlight of this month was the RuSciTech Forum 2014,  which brought together at Arizona State University over seventy Russian-speaking academics, researchers, technology innovators and entrepreneurs from across the globe. This second international conference of the Association of Russian-Speaking Science and Technology Professionals was dedicated to “International Collaborations in Science, High Technology and Education”.

The Forum was opened by the Consul General of the Russian Federation in San-Francisco Mr Sergey V. Petrov and greeted by representatives of Arizona State University. The summary of the RuSciTech Forum 2014’s conclusions and photographs can be found in the “Summary” section of the website. Please let us know if you have any comments and suggestions by emailing us at Presentation slides are available in the “Speakers” section.

The Forum participants provided organisers with a very positive response and supported the idea to continue this series of Forums. If you have suggestions regarding a potential location for the next RuSciTech Forum, please let us know on

We hope to see you at the next RuSciTech Forum! (watch this space!)

Also, the Forum participants suggested promoting success stories of collaborations with Russia, involving Russian-speaking science and technology professionals living abroad. Hence, we would like to hear examples of these from you, which we intend to publish on the RuSciTech web site.
